Bangladesh Is a Climate Vulnerable Country. Needs more sustainable planning and policies to combat with this natural calamities.

Salma Akter Surma: My educational trajectory was somehow less responsible at the macro scale, while I was working as an architect for a single owner or some case for the multi owners in a single plot. Single plot architecture and its negotiation with social accountability gradually poked my mind and induced me to involve with macro scale's analytical programs. Since, 2015, I made a knowledge connection with plot architecture and mass people's settlements programs. After a couple of years, in 2017, I have accomplished my post-graduation on Human Settlements with larger thinking and broader accountability to society. From then to till now, I am rigorously working on Community Sustainability and resiliency through sustainable planning and policies program. To reinforce my skills and capabilities, I have attended many international programs relevant to my research interest, specifically, Community Driven development program, Greening the Economy , Photovoice and Others. I am committed to contributing my knowledge and skills in my native country with a vision to make sustainable cities and communities within 2030.
